Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to evchargerinstallationraleighnc.com (the "Site"), operated under the name EV Charger Installers of Raleigh. Using the Site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site advertises EV charger installation services for customers in Raleigh, NC, Wake County and the surrounding communities. The Site collects requests for quotes and passes them to the EV charger installation provider that serves your area. Work is carried out by that provider under its own contract with you, not under these terms.
2. Quotes and prices
Prices shown on the Site are typical ranges for the Raleigh area. They are examples, not offers. A price for your job is only fixed when the provider gives you a written quote after seeing the work. Site conditions, access, permits, disposal fees and the scope of work all change the final price.
3. Requests you send us
When you submit the quote form you confirm that the details are accurate, that you own the property or are authorized to arrange work on it, and that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to info@evchargerinstallationraleighnc.com.
4. Scheduling and availability
Response times and scheduling windows on the Site are typical, not guaranteed. Weather, emergencies and workload can move a date. Emergency work is scheduled by severity.
5. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about services and request a quote. You may not copy the Site's text or images for your own site, submit false requests, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site.
6. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, layout and code on the Site belong to the Site operator or its licensors. Trade names of manufacturers, agencies and standards bodies belong to their owners and are used only to describe the work.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site, from reliance on information on it, or from work performed by a provider you were introduced to through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
These terms can change. The version on this page is the version that applies. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute about the Site will be heard in the courts of North Carolina.
10. Disclaimer
Information on the Site is general guidance about EV charger installation in the Raleigh area. It is not a survey, an inspection, or professional advice about your property. Conditions such as soil, drainage, structural condition and local rules vary from lot to lot and can only be assessed on site.
Local figures on the Site (weather, soil, ordinances, permit rules and similar) come from named public sources and are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. Rules change. Check the current requirement with the relevant county or city office before relying on it.
Descriptions of experience, service standards, guarantees and warranties on the Site describe the EV charger installation provider serving your area and are confirmed in writing in that provider's quote. Rely on the written quote, not on the Site, for any commitment about your job.
The Site is a marketing and referral site. It does not perform EV charger installation work itself. The provider that performs your work is responsible for its licensing, insurance, permits and workmanship.
Emergency situations. If a structure, a utility line or anything else on your property presents an immediate danger to people, call 911 or your utility company first.
